Kershaw Legal Services, PLLC is the law office of Joel D. Kershaw.

Joel Kershaw is the founder and president of Kershaw Legal Services, PLLC, which was established in 2007. As a life-long resident of Southeast Michigan, he is familiar with the unique needs of clients in Monroe County. He is a resident of Carleton, where he has been active in the community since moving here in 2006. 

Attorney Joel Kershaw graduated cum laude from Ave Maria School of Law, where he served as a senior editor of the Ave Maria Law Review and as President of the Ave Maria Criminal Justice Society. He has provided volunteer services to the Washtenaw County Office of Public Defender in Ann Arbor and Christian Legal Aid in Detroit. He is actively involved as a youth leader and children's leader at NorthBrook Church in Carleton, where his wife, Sarah, works as the Children's Minister. Mr. Kershaw is also an active member of the Carleton Rotary Club, where he has been elected to serve as President in 2012-13. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Monroe County Bar Association, and the Monroe County Criminal Defense Bar Association.
